Don’t worry, it’s a visual error and there is nothing wrong with your SpotOn collar.


Visual errors can occur when your SpotOn collar is in an area with poor cell service and is unable to report all of the information to your smartphone. Your collar will continue to search for a quality cellular connection in your area and will eventually display the correct fence. The fence you created remains exactly the same and it is stored in the collar correctly. 


You’ll know if you have a poor cell connection if you see NS instead of white bars on the collar’s screen next to the BT letters.
