You may need to give us a call but first try these steps.


  1. Test it by deactivating your fence, connecting to Bluetooth, and manually testing the tone and the static correction (using the static correction tester). Learn how to connect to Bluetooth here.

  2. Go outside and activate your fence. Make sure the letters GPS are green on the collar. If they are not green, you are not connected to GPS. Approach a boundary line, making sure the antenna is facing the sky (remember not to block it with your hand). If tones don't sound near the original boundary line, walk at least 15' past to account for GPS shift. Test all boundary lines to ensure audible tones and static correction are taking place. 

  3. Reboot and repeat step two.
