Please note, when you cancel your cellular subscription, your collar will no longer be able to communicate at long distances with your smartphone. This means you won’t be notified if your dog leaves the fence and you won’t be able to track your pup or manage fences on your phone. We also will not be able to track your dog or see your collar’s location on the backend without a cellular plan. Unfortunately, if your dog escapes containment and you need to reactivate tracking, your collar will need to be rebooted before you can track your pup. You will not be able to do it while your dog is on the run.
