The tones and volume level on the collar have been optimized for dogs and are not adjustable. While training your dog you can connect to the collar to hear the tones replayed on your phone. Use your phone to adjust the volume up or down as desired.
Before placing the collar on your dog, Open the app, go to the Dogs screen, then tap Connect to Manage. Tap Collar Settings, then confirm that Tones are turned on. To test tap either Alert or Warning. You should now hear the tone from the collar and the phone. Use your phone’s volume controls to adjust the level coming from the phone. Once connected you’ll need to stay within 50 feet of the collar.
