To create fences and contain your dog, SpotOn connects to four global satellite networks. Satellite networks, like GPS, work anywhere in the world and they are free. So the SpotOn containment will work in Canada just as well as it does in the United States.
If you want to access the tracking features, you will need to purchase a cellular subscription through SpotOn for each of your collars. Tracking includes the ability to see your dog's location at any time on your smartphone, escape and low battery notifications on your phone, and the ability to track your dog to their location should they leave the containment area.
Canadian customers are responsible for all taxes, shipping, customs and duties. We calculate this at checkout so you know the total and won’t be responsible for any additional costs when it is delivered.
