Using the app, connect to the collar to confirm that the fence is active and static correction has been activated. Then attach the contact point tester to the contact points and make sure it stays fully inserted while testing. Walk toward the boundary. It’s also important that the dog has been fully trained and that static correction has been set to the appropriate level for your dog.
