Follow the steps below to deactivate your fence:
Make sure that you are in close proximity to your collar
Open the SpotOn app and navigate to the "Dogs" tab in the bottom left.
Connect to the collar by selecting 'Connect for Collar Settings.' If it only says 'Collar Settings,' you are already connected.
Directly under your GPS Satellite image of your fence, there will be a Green check mark with the name of your fence.
Please press and hold down on the green checkmark and swipe all the way to the left until it is greyed out.
Keep in mind that your fence will remain deactivated until you swipe right and the button turns green.
