Your SpotOn tracking subscription begins the day you purchase it. If your Nova edition collar is shipping from SpotOn’s headquarters in Manchester, NH, your collar should arrive with an active subscription.
If you purchase from a third-party such as Amazon, Chewy, or Scheels, you will have to purchase a subscription (please click here to purchase) and activate it yourself. You will receive an email with an activation link once the purchase is complete, or you can activate tracking using this link (please use the email address you used for the purchase).
