How do I activate my SpotOn collar?

To activate your collar and build fences, it’s as easy as turning it on and setting up an account in the app. You can access the quick start guide here for more information on that. 

To activate your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the link provided in your purchase confirmation email or go to the activation page on our website.
2. Enter the email address that was used to purchase your subscription.
3. Check your inbox for an email from us with the steps to activate your subscription.
4. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
5. Follow the steps in the email to activate your subscription for your collar.
