How do I activate my SpotOn collar?

To activate your collar and build fences, it’s as easy as turning it on and setting up an account in the app. Access the Quick Start Guide for more information.

To activate your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the link provided in your purchase confirmation email or go to the activation page on our website.
2. Enter the email address that was used to purchase your subscription.
3. Check your inbox for an email from us with the steps to activate your subscription.
4. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
5. Follow the steps in the email to activate your subscription for your collar.
   
   

Cellular activation can take up to 24 hours to finalize. Once activated, a notification will appear on your phone stating your plan is active.

Please note that it is important to use the same email address that was used to purchase your subscription; otherwise, you will not receive the activation email. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
