What happens if I don’t use the cell plan and the dog gets out?

If you do not subscribe to a tracking plan and your dog leaves the fence, please reach out to customer support at support@spotonfence.com or 603.488.1504 as soon as possible. 


We can remotely activate a subscription on the collar. So long as there is sufficient battery left and you have solid cellular service in your area, once the plan activates (which can take up to two hours), you should be able to locate your dog.
