When in tracking mode I do not see the blue dot on the tracking screen (location permissions)

While in tracking mode the blue dot represents your phone’s location. If you do not see the blue dot then Location permissions for the app are disabled. Go to settings on your phone. Select the SpotOn GPS Fence. Select Location, then choose “while using the app.”
