I’m not receiving notifications. I’m not able to activate tracking or refresh my dog’s location.

Check to be sure you have a cellular subscription, and it is activated. Note that both your cell phone and SpotOn must be in an area with cell service to send and receive notifications. If the problem persists please give us a call at 1.603.488.1504 or email us here.
