How do I update my collar to software to the latest version?

Here are instructions on how to update your collar to the latest software.

1. Place your collar on the charger.

2. Open up the SpotOn App with the collar near you.

3. You should be prompted by an Update button.

Please keep your phone near the charger while the update goes through.

If you are not prompted, you may have already completed the update. Please select 'Collar Settings,' scroll to the bottom, and check 'Current Version'.

As of June 2026, the latest versions are:
- 1.5.3 or higher for Omni collars

- 1.1.1 or higher for Nova collars
